"Great location clean and comfortable "

"We stayed here for four nights as a family of four (two adults and two young children) and had a fantastic experience. The customer service was excellent; the staff were courteous, polite, and consistently went the extra mile to ensure we were well looked after. A huge plus was the early check-in. After a long flight, we arrived two hours early, and since our room was ready, the staff kindly let us settle in immediately. The breakfast quality was great with a lovely selection of food. Additionally, the location is perfect, with tram, train, and bus links right at your doorstep. Highly recommended!"

"It looks a very nice hotel when we arrived, but soon when we got to the room the air condition wasn’t working. The sent somebody to fix it but with not avail. They moved us to another room. The bed sheets where not very clean. They said they change them every 3 days… the second night the air condition broke again and we were sweating all night. So cleanliness and amenities were not good. "

"Arrived early but was able to check in as room was being cleaned and after welcome drinks was able to get in room,staff at front desk were very friendly as travel passers were all sorted so we were good to go.room was very spacious very good shower,breakfast was excellent with a good selection.Hotel was in a great location near city centre but a quiet location ,near airport and train station and transport."
