"Good quality for 3 star hotel. Breakfast is very good, rooms are spacious, stuff are friendly and cooperative, and the location is perfect for transportation or for walking around the city."
"Lovely hotel and staff. Room and beds comfortable. Situated only 5 minutes walk to the Tram station for City Centre. Shops, cafe and restaurants nearby. Wondeful selection of food at breakfast time. "
"The stay was overall good . The location of the hotel is good as it is near a tram station and all the trams went to all the tourist attractions. The hotel itself was clean and the breakfast was good. "

"Staff are super friendly and helpful. Hotel facilities were spotless. Breakfast buffet was really good. We had a slight issue with the shower drain being really slow so they had someone come to see it straightaway and said there’s nothing they can do as it’s due to the plumbing of the building. Also had some glue leaking from the side of the shower but told the night receptionist and he made a note of it.
Overall, super friendly and great stay with ideal location for sight seeing without being super busy as transport such as the tram or the underground trams were a few mins walk away."
"Clean room and staff very nice. Room a bit rundown. The Rooftop was a mess! Seagulls flying all over and dropping poop on our table and food! Disgusting! Service was not good. Never went back. Over priced too! And loads of tourists coming and going which caused the elevators to be unavailable for guests. "
"Amazing hotel. Amazing staff and service. Beautiful hotel and design. Great location for walking to BM and bazaar and everything. Great restaurant though pricey. Highly recommend!!! So beautful ."
"Breakfast was great. The staff was fabulous and ready to help with anything. The hotel arranged round trip transportation from the airport to the hotel so you don't need to mess with a taxi. Many restaurants within walking distance
