The setup of the suites is also very functional, with enough room to relax, work, and unwind. Many locations including the one I stayed at offer in-room kitchens with essentials like a fridge, microwave, and cooktop, which is a huge plus when you’re staying long-term and want to save money by not eating out every day. Another highlight of my stay was the staff. Every interaction I had was positive. They were friendly, respectful, and always willing to help when needed. That kind of consistent service really adds to the overall experience, especially when you’re staying somewhere "

"Room: tv guide not available on tv unable to turn on shower maintenance came to help & struggled. Duvet cover placed on top of duvet. Duvet not inside cover. Lazy. Pool hot tub not working. Was told it would be next day. Was not. Came specifically for relaxing weekend with daughter. I’m a former Embassy GM and was not impressed. "

"It's not well marked and a little hard to find. It's actually in a business office building. The staff was super nice, the room was clean and beds were comfy. We loved the location and ability to walk everywhere. Wish we had known more about the airport shuttle as we rented a car, paid $50 for parking and didn't use it. "

"Clean room. Helpful Front Desk. Good Breakfast. We only had one issue -- we were staying in a room overlooking the lobby. Two guys came back to the hotel at 2:30 AM and carried on a loud conversation until around 3:00 AM. It would start up and then die down and then start back up. Happily, as I was getting ready to go down to ask them lower their voices, they apparently went to their rooms or left. They were not yelling -- just talking very loudly, and I think that our room position made it worse, so beware if you have an "_01" number. Otherwise, it was a perfectly good stay. "
