"A beautiful lake home, just as pictured, in a sweet little lake community. Lee and Jess really went above and beyond to make us feel right at home during our stay. Everything was so carefully thought through and they thought of absolutely everything that you could possibly need during your stay and provided just that. I can’t wait to rebook, I would recommend a thousand times!!"

"This rescue farm is amazing! Maurine, Emily and Angela are so hardworking to give the horses, goats, chickens, geese, turkeys, Sassafras the donkey, mini horses, cats and dogs a second chance! Maurine is quick to respond with any questions you may have before or while you’re there. The animals, the house (wonderfully equipped kitchen), the grounds…all a vibe for any animal lover or those who just want to be away from the hub bub while on vacation. We rarely left the farm because we were so relaxed and having such a great time. The river is an easy 10 min walk to the back of the property. If the river scene isn’t for you, Buttercup Beach is the sweetest beach (free!) - just a 6 min drive from the farm. You won’t regret staying here and if you’re like us, you’ll want to return."
