"It was a great stay. Rooms were clean and the staff was super friendly. The breakfast was a little lacking but good for a free breakfast. I will definitely stay here again on future trips."

"First of all, the floor was laminate wood and it was obvious that it had not been swept or mopped prior to our arrival, the bathtub was stained with something, there was no toilet paper or holder in the bathroom, the door to the bathroom would not shut all the way, there was a dirty ironing board against the wall, but no iron, the amenity of a business desk was listed on the website, but there was no chair to sit in, the attendant at the front desk attempted to remedy this with a chair from the breakfast nook, the chair was so unstable due to the screws being loose we had to be careful not to move around to much. I requested to change rooms, as they have a large sign posted at the check in desk that no refunds would be allowed, but would accomadate guests with another room-but I was informed that there were not any more rooms available on the first floor, and that the elevator was broken and that my family member is not able to climb that many stairs. Outside in the parking lot, there were many people just loitering in their cars through the night, in the morning when checking our a sign had been posted on the exits informing guest that a 9pm curfew had been put in to place and that only registered guests were allowed in the rooms. I did not feel safe or comfortable the entire stay. I would not recommend you waste your money."

"Went through hotels.com. Had trouble checking in. Had to call main Drury office to get the room that I had already paid for. Was told numerous times- “you shouldn’t have booked through a third party.” Breakfast was terrible. Room was set on 66 degrees but actually was well over 70 the whole time so it was very hot in there. Will not stay here again. "

"The only drawback I saw, one elevator. I will not stay again unless on the first floor. The day your elevator stops working will be disastrous. Lugging luggage up stairways at my age could be unhealthy. Other than your elevator situation….. you have nailed it in my opinion. Thank you for the stay!"

"It was okay, I may or may not ever stay again. When we first got there we completely ruined our pants from leaning up against the desk and night stand, it was as though they just stained all the wood in our room and it wasn’t dry. When we told the front desk the said they’d haven’t management reach out but that never happened. My husband also went down to purchase a couple snacks and drinks that was $8 and the manager tried to charge his card $60. I was almost charged for the incidental fee twice the next day but luckily my card was locked. The breakfast wasn’t very good the orange juice was watered down. The tv was messed up the words were behind the actual picture. They didn’t open the whole pool even though it was hot outside…. The bed was nice.."
