"Hotel itself was lovely and location great. Definitely go for the self park if driving for $15, only across the road. Valet was $36! Not worth the difference. However problems checking in despite pre paying for a room and being told they may not be ready at 8pm and certain rooms not available. Bars close at 10pm no mention of this at check in so no option at all to get a drink post 10pm…very poor especially when you come back for dinner and can only have water. Staff were pleasant but had to manage a lot of problem solving!"

"We were in town for a basketball tournament and had a wonderful stay! The staff was amazing & our room perfectly matched my request. It seems the elevators had some issues, yet things went smoothly. We will definitely stay here again. "

"Beautiful views, very friendly staff. Nice room, found item leftover from previous guest. No laundry facilities, virtual concierge did not respond. Adult beverages very overpriced. High end decor, Would like to see Bass Pro offer items labeled Memphis Pyramid. No microwave in room, but offered in community area"

"Room was clean, housekeeping did a great job. Breakfast was what to be expected for being included in the stay. You have a mixture of staff hospitality. Parking was extra but on the property able to access from the building. "

"Checking in the clerk was very friendly and helpful. It was the shifts that followed that was horrible. The customer service went down tremendously from that evening til the next day. We also experienced the smell of marijuana heavily in our room after being gone all day. The staff handled this very poorly. I just feel like if I pay my hard earned money that my concerns should be addressed properly. It wasn’t til checkout that the host that was originally there at check in assured me that I wouldn’t get an extra charge and apologized. Honestly I would never book this hotel again. The area was really convenient but I’d rather travel a little further that have to deal with attitudes."

"A trip back in time, all was fantastic, accommodations from upkeep, rooms, restaurant food and the drinks in the lobby bar was fantastic. The hotel gives you the feeling of going 50 years back in time. Southern charm and hospitality. And not to forget the Duck ceremony every day, going from the fountain up to their sleeping quarters on the roof."

"It’s best to access the hotel through the shopping center road and lots. The side road entrance is not kept up at all. No fault of the hotel management, I’m sure. "

"When I fist got there I had to tote all my belongings up 3 flights of steps and then had to change rooms no tv,no heat in room and no microwave and then they brought me a tv that didn’t show very good and a fridge but still no microwave.If you’re not gonna give and what you say when customers are booking tell them that online and they kept my id.i will never go back there."
