"We arrived later than expected, was met by a lovely lady who made our checkin easy! Breakfast was included and was fantastic. The pool was clean, exercise room was well stocked with everything we needed. Clean and quiet hotel. "

"Likes: Everything about the room (suite)! The complimentary breakfast was great! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! The added amenities, such as the "gift shop & store" were really nice with a lot of choices for snacks & souvenirs. Being that is was a very hot weekend, the excellent AC in the room was greatly appreciated. The beds and many pillows were extremely comfortable! The extra amenities in the rooms, such as the ironing board & iron and hair dryer came in handy! Definitely, highly recommend at stay here whether just passing thru or for the MLB Baseball Hall of Fame/Dreams Park, or any other reason you have to be in the Cooperstown/Milford are of upstate NY. 10/10 NOT a DISLIKE, but merely a minor inconvenience: Pool & jacuzzi were under closed/under maintenance. Need more baggage trollies. Despite signs in the lobby and the elevator(s), some customers kept the (2) available ones in their rooms overnight and therefore were unavailable in the morning of checkout. "
