"Everything was clean, water pressure was very lacking, breakfast was bland even with salt and pepper. Air conditioner in room worked great."

"Room felt like a hospital. Entered and room was sweltering hot, turned on Ac ran for an hour then totally shut off, no fan nothing. Thought power had gone out. Reached out to front desk after giving it some time and found out that is the system. Eventually it kicked back on, and did this through the night never fully getting close to set temp."

"Poorly maintained property and rude front desk staff. You can tell the cleaning ladies do their best best they can but you can only do so much when the property is crumbling. As a courtesy I always ask where they prefer that I walk my dog. The front desk man said, “Wherever you can find grass I guess.” Then he stood outside the front door smoking in front of the no smoking sign, leaving a cloud of toxins for us to walk through to re-enter after our walk. The morning front desk older gentleman was rude to my husband when he went down to get breakfast, telling him to come on and get what he was going to get because he was closing breakfast area down, but it was supposed to be open another hour. The ceiling in our room had a huge stain from a leak, and a soft place in the floor beneath it. Many areas in the room where there were big cracks and holes. Bottom line… there appear to be nicer places across the highway. Check them out instead."

"Staff, particularly the kitchen team, were very kind and helpful. She always wanted to make sure there was adequate number of food items. The beds are very hard. The sheets were covered with little cloth nubs making the sheets feel like you had crumbs in the bed or like sand paper. The a/c states to look at thermostat on the wall and there is not a thermostat on the wall. Flooring was peeled in some areas making toe stubs a regular thing and creating a tripping hazard. I would not stay at this location in the future."

"I could not have chosen a better hotel to stay at for the night. While in the city for work I needed a much needed quiet night of rest to recalibrate and the front desk staff was extremely patient, communicated well, and updated me on their hotel perks and policy. I am planning to return soon. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality."
