Hart's Brook Nature Preserve Tours and Activities

Clean room. Soft beds, quiet for NYC. Central Park, subway, and multiple shopping and dining options are a short walk away. One of the four small elevators were not working causing occasional long wait times. Water pressure was underwhelming- otherwise very happy with my stay.

The balcony we got was a view of ugly dirty rooftops with air conditioners and nothing more than that.. I would love to give this property of five star review but the fact of the matter is the picture is make the rooms look much bigger than they are. It doesn't say much about the sink being in the middle of the room and not having an actual bathroom. The beds are extremely hard and the quarters are close. For a boutique hotel with somebody who's not picky about the beds and just wants to be in Little Italy I'm sure it's fine but for us it would not work but I'm extremely grateful that they gave us a refund despite the fact that it was a non-refundable booking. I also credit Expedia and our platinum membership for that. The front desk and the management was very helpful with that and I appreciated it very much. If not for that it would have ruined our whole trip cuz I was traveling with my mother and we have specific needs. So Props to them for that.

It’s clean and the staff is nice but the beds are very uncomfortable. They are Murphy beds and they are small. I’m 5’8 and my feet hung off the bed. The frames of the beds are very prominent.
