This was our second time staying here, and it is one of our most favorite rentals ever! Immaculate, comfortable, and such a cute home to stay in. We loved having coffee on the porch each morning, and beds were incredibly comfortable. Would stay again in a heartbeat!
This cottage has it all! Beautifully decorated with all the amenities we could have asked for. Lovely outdoor space where we enjoyed morning coffee and reading. Incredibly comfortable beds with elegant bedding. The kitchen had good cookware and spices too! The lake towels, paddle boards and floaties completed our delightful experience.

Beautiful home, great location
Beautiful home. One of the nicest house rentals we've had. This is especially true because of our contact, Lisa. She made it easy to communicate & was very welcoming & thoughtful. This rental property had a well-stocked kitchen making it convenient to cook & eat at the house. It's also well-decorated making it feel more like a lived-in home rather than a stale, boring hotel or rental property. They really did think of everything & made it available to you here. And for travelers who like clean, this was a very clean & well-kept home.
This house was amazing. We loved everything about our stay! We hope to visit again!
The only negative I can think of is the front door is a bit difficult to lock and unlock, but this was such a small negative and would not deter us from booking this amazing property again!

Beautiful place near the lake
This was my second time staying here and as always I thoroughly enjoyed it. It is such a beautiful place with all the accessories you need for an amazing stay. Had the opportunity to enjoy the paddle boards and spending a lot of time on the deck. There is even an easy to use cart to help move the paddle boards from the house to the lake. One of the best rentals you will find!
Wonderful house and hosts! Everything we needed spelled out in a book of info, maps and more. Beautiful deck, great kitchen - well stocked. It was quiet and restful, lots of flora and fauna . It was a pleasurable stay on all counts. The hosts supplied so many Things such as tide. Attention to detail was impeccable. I would absolutely stay again.
An amazing home. The host, Lisa, was awesome. The location is terrific. Big Cedar Lake is great, so is Pike Lake, which has a swimming beach (about a 10-minute drive and worth it).
We loved it!!!
Loved our stay here so much!! The house had a warm “home away from home” feeling! The location was also perfect and so beautiful! I especially enjoyed all the different outside spaces to relax and read! They also have a nice little dock on the water that you can use for swimming or other water activities! Although I didn’t do any of that, I loved sitting on the dock with a towel and reading my book. Would definitely stay here again!!
Loved the home it was quite charming. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and basic items were provided. Enjoyed the patio and the views. It is in a quiet neighborhood and being further away from the main road was a real benefit, but access to the lake was truly limited. There were many trails in the area for walking a short drive away, but I wish there would have been more walking opportunities right from the house.
I can’t say enough about how much I enjoyed staying here. I have never had so many amenities available to me. Between the kayak, paddle boards and the various places to sit outside as well as the adjustable bed. I wanted for nothing. The inside of the house is also fully stocked. Flour, sugar, various spices and it was so nice to cook on a gas stove again. On Sunday nights you can sit outside and hear the band play at the Linden Inn and the lake is in view from the upper patio. I would definitely stay here again!
We visited from GA, our oldest daughter who lives in Hartford was having heart surgery. We stayed here with her two children (ages 1 & 2) and our 15 yr old daughter. My husband and I cared for our grandchildren while our daughter recovered. We worked remote and our teen did school remote for the week. We also had our old blind pug with us. This home was comfortable and peaceful and provided us the space we needed. We would love to rent again next time we're in town. And the beds are amazing. Loved the charming decor.
A real gem for a relaxing few days in Wisconsin's winter wonderland. The home is quite charming, comfortable, and well-appointed for an nice reprieve from city life.

Winter Beauty
The property is a real gem just off Big Cedar Lake. My son and his wife came for a winter visit from Boston. They had enjoyed the home last summer and were very anxious to return. This comfortable and well appointed home is well situated for views of the woods and lake. They visited nearby Little Switzerland Ski area for skiing and a snowboard lesson for their son. It was just the spot for a relaxing few days which they thoroughly enjoyed! A big thank you to the hosts who make it possible!

Great Place at the Lake
We really enjoyed this house. My wife and I are retired and travel all over the country, and she said this was the nicest home she had visited. Very comfortable and convenient to everything, including the lake.
This rental location is so tastefully and beautifully decorated. You have everything you could want or need to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay. We had a family of five stay a week while our floors were getting refinished and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay including our two dogs. I was pleasantly surprised at all the touches and amenities. This rental house felt like home. Lisa is so fantastic to work with and promptly returns calls and answers questions.. If you need a place to rent in Washington county this is the place. The VRBO photos are exactly how the house appears. Walking distance to Big Cedar Lake. We loved our stay.
We had a great 1-week stay at this rental home. The home is very pretty, very quiet, and very clean. We enjoyed the fire pit, the stand-up paddleboards, and the kayak from the small dock on the lake. The views from the porch are very nice. We would love to stay here again sometime.
From the time you walk in til the day you leave you never stop thinking what a perfectly set up home and how lucky are we to have found it. No joke, this place was so charming and comfortable and thoughtfully decorated. I hope to be back every year, it was that great!
