"The property was small, but the bedrooms were large and there was enough space for the 4 of us to be comfortable. Everything you could want or need was available. Please note, this is not a swimming lake, but the yard and dock are nice additions. Eric was very responsive and easy to work with!"

"The boats are sit on tops, not kayaks. The property was not prepared when I arrived. Leaks in roof, I could see through roof . Wet floor in bathroom. No towels were out. I had to vacuum up a broken dish upon my arrival. Dirty sponges in sink. And the deck drops off to lawn with no stairs. No one but a giant would call that a step. And the dock is unsafe, boards have holes and end was unsecure."
