This Place was amazing. Melanie and her family were so nice. The communication was made easy with a translation app. If you want a place to de-stress and still see Germany this is the apartment for you, it has a very pleasant decor and very clean. The winters are cold, but this farm town can become a Christmas card with white snow all around. Their stable had 4 horses and a pony so beautiful well cared for. you will need to plan to have transportation of some kind during your stay, the drive through this town is worth it. My Husband Mike & I want to thank The Brunner family again for our home away from home.. Darla & Mike

Winter Get Away

Apartment Brunnerhof was a nice place away from the big city. The farm is beautiful. The check-in and check-out process was easy. Both Andres and his wife communicated well and the instructions were clear. My wife and I used their cute apartment as a home base while visiting our son and his wife in Eschenbach in der Oberplatz. It was a 30 minute drive away, but it is a nice drive. The apartment had everything we needed (and many things we did not need.) We didn't cook anything, but the apartment came with microwave, an oven and a stovetop. (We did use the coffee maker and toaster.) It was also well equipped with all the pans, plates and cooking utensils. The bathroom was also really nice. The shower is wonderful with the large overhead showerhead. It also had a hand shower handle. The beds were comfortable and we stayed plenty warm considering it was cold outside since it was winter. The TV had cable and seemed to have channels that are mostly in German (which was expected) and some channels in English (CNN & Sky News.) This rental Apartment had everything we wanted and needed. We would stay here again if we visit. I bet it is absolutely beautiful in the summer.

Eine tolle Ferienwohnung, die keine Wünsche offen läßt.

Pros: Die Ferienwohnung hat eine super Lage - ländlich schön - man kann vieles in kurzer Zeit erreichen. Freibad in Hartenstein und das wunderschöne Cabriosol in Pegnitz - auch bei einem Regentag sehr empfehlenswert. Wir wurden von Familie Brunner sehr gut empfangen und über die ganze Urlaubszeit sehr gut betreut. Die Ruhe im Haus und um das Haus hat uns sehr gefallen - Essen auf der Terrasse mit Blick in die weite Natur war ein Erlebnis. Wir empfehlen das Haus sehr gerne weiter. Cons: Nichts.

Pros: Sehr nette Gastgeber, die auch mit Tipps zur Freizeitgestaltung weiter geholfen haben. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, gut ausgestattet, sauber, selbst an Spielen hat es nicht gemangelt! Die Tiere, das Trampolin sowie die Schaukeln waren natürlich ein Highlight. Cons: Dies ist nur ein Hinweis! Die Umgebung war für uns leider nicht passend. Sehr abgelegen alles. Bei anfangs schönem Wetter waren wir im näher gelegenen Schwimmbad in Königstein, 1x auch in Lauf. Schlechtwettervarianten gibt es leider nur in größerer Entfernung. Dies hat sich dann mit einem Kind, welches noch Mittagsschlaf benötigt, kaum mehr gelohnt. So blieb für die großen Geschwister auch oft nur das Verweilen im Haus (eine Beschäftigung - Schwimmbad, Bolzplatz - zu der sie allein gehen konnten, war leider zu weit weg). ABER: dies liegt ja nicht an den Gastgebern! Der Brunnerhof ist trotzdem sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man Ruhe sucht und Kinder hat, welche alterstechnisch nicht ganz so "einschränkend" sind bzw nicht so viel Action suchen und brauchen. Auch sind Fahrräder oder Roller o. ä. zu empfehlen.

Neue Wohnung in Best Lage

Pros: Wunderschöne, ruhig gelegene neue Ferienwohnung mit separatem Eingang. Völlig ausreichend für 4 Personen. 2 große Schlafzimmer und 2 WC‘s. Eine wunderschöne Terrasse mit toller Aussicht. Das Highlight sind natürlich die Pferde auf der Wiese wenn man morgens aufsteht. Absolute Stille, total idyllisch. Auf Nachfrage etwas Schatten für die Terrasse zu bekommen, stand am Abend ein extra für uns besorgter Sonnenschirm auf der Terrasse. Danke nochmal dafür! Abends gab es immer mal wieder nette Gespräche mit den Gastgebern, die sehr nett und freundlich waren. Auch besonders hervorzuheben ist das hervorragende Gasthaus, das fußläufig zu erreichen ist. Rundum ein schöner Aufenthalt! Cons: Das die Woche so schnell vorbei war !

Schöne Unterkunft

Schöne und saubere Unterkunft in der fränkischen Schweiz. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern hat sehr gut funktioniert. Die Kinder haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt und waren begeistert von den vielen Tieren auf dem Brunnerhof.

Top Sauber - Großzügige Wohnung/ neu & liebevolle eingerichtet -breit aufgestellte Ausstattung- sehr liebe Gastgeber - tolle Tiere - Sehr kinderfreundlich... angenehm ruhig gelegen... Für Familien mit Kindern sehr zu empfehlen 😊 rund um zufrieden & weiter zu empfehlen - 1 Mango gab es- kein Staubsauger...die Umstellung auf Besen war aber kein Problem 😉

Familienfreundliche Bauernhoffamilie

Pros: Vom ersten Kontakt bis hin zum Aufenthalt hat bei Familie Brunner alles perfekt geklappt. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt und hatte wunderschöne Ostern in Grünreuth. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, ländlich und idyllisch. Die 4 Pferde, ein Pony, Hühner, Tauben, Hund und Katze runden den Bauernhofcharakter ab. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich und modern eingerichtet, es ist alles da, was man zum wohlfühlen benötigt. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können diese Ferienwohnung Wärmsteins weiterempfehlen. Großzügige moderne Wohnung auf dem Land

Für Wanderer und Familien ideal. Frisch renoviert mit allem, was man braucht. Im Ort gibt es eine sehr gute, bodenständige Gastwirtschaft, die mittags und abends geöffnet ist.

Rundum ein schöner Kurzurlaub

Ferienwohnung liegt ruhig, ist sehr gut sortiert ausgestattet. Sehr nett war der kleine Willkommensgruß mit Kuchen und Mineralwasser. Kaffee und Tee waren ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Vermieter sind unkompliziert und zuvorkommend. Gerne wieder :)

Das Inserat hat nicht zu viel versprochen. Die Unterkunft ist modern, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Bereits vorab wurden wir vom Gastgeber mit umfangreichen Infos zur Gegend und der Unterkunft ausgestattet, sodass keine Fragen offen blieben. Sehr schöne moderne Wohnung in wunderbarer Umgebung

Ganz wunderbar

Wunderschöne, moderne Ferienwohnung mit riesig viel Platz. Toll ausgestattet und supernette Vermieter. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Sehr schöne und vor allem ruhige Lage. Tolle Terasse zum draußen Frühstücken, oder auch einen Abendschoppen genießen. Sehr sauber und vor allem anderen ein ganz, ganz tolles Bad. Es war soo schön dort. Wir kommen wieder!! Sehr viele Möglichkeiten in der Umgebung.
