Spacious double volume open tranquillity with roaming wild game antelope and koi pond in immediate surrounds with beautiful views of the Mountains bordering the most picturesque part of the plush green golf course with an adjacent dam with fish and bird life. Upstairs graces 5 Super Luxury Spacious Bedrooms; all bedrooms opening onto separate veranda . Three bedrooms en-suite & two bedrooms sharing a bathroom. Bathrooms are spectacular genuine marble floors and walls with extravagant smooth marble finishes. High speed wifi throughout the large Villa. Downstairs all marble and granite kitchen; scullery; pantry; dining room; viewing deck; lounge; bar; TV room; a guest loo and 3 car garage. Special areas are the Underground Wine Cellar; Walk in Fridge; the marble clad fire-pit; separate gas braai area; manicured garden.
