Breakfast and dinner were included, both simple but enough to satisfy me. A tour group had breakfast and they ate most of the food, staff wasn't quick enough to replenish them. My room was dark, there were at least 5 lamps in the room which I had to turn on most of them. Laundry (washer & dryer) was 50kr total. Free parking weekends only.

Top Value Hotel
Lovely hotel in great position near the water. Loved getting breakfast, afternoon tea and light dinner included. It was also excellent value. Only negative-hotel looks like it is ready for some remodelling. It’s a bit dated.

Road trip - One night stay
Hotel was in a nice spot. We had windows to the harbour. Some renovation was going on during covid-19. Hotel wasnt new, but clean and price was ok! Just one night stay on our road trip from helsinki - Å - nordkapp

Pleasant hotel in great location. A bit outdated, though the hotel is currently undergoing renovations.

I would recommend the waterside rooms, which have incredibly beautiful views. The first room we were given was on the backside of the building and was rather dreary and small, so we asked for the upgrade and were very pleased. Also, the staff was welcoming and friendly, taking time to chat and help us with other aspects of our travel. The hotel could use a bit of updating, but the views and the staff made for a pleasant stay. This was a first and convenient stopping place after the express boat from Tromso on our trip to the Vesteralen and Lofoten Islands.

Great stay in Harstad
Very pleased with the staff. Sol, at the front desk very helpful in trying to locate my baggage misplaced by the Airline. Breakfast and supper are included with the room were very good Throughly enjoyed our stay.

On evening arrival our bathroom was not clean. There were only two employees at the hotel at the time, a front desk clerk and a chef for the included buffet. To her credit, the clerk moved us into an upgraded room which was clean and spacious.

Clean, well presented hotel next to the water.
We arrived later than planned at the hotel (by the water, with places to park and eat nearby), but we were greeted by the very welcoming and helpful Odd-Ivar who was on front desk. He clearly expected us and he made checking in very easily, and also was lovely to chat with. The staff here are very nice. The room itself was well presented/decorated, clean, and everything we needed was there. There were plenty of options for breakfast, and checking out was just as easy. Friendly staff, comfortable stay and I would recommend this hotel to others.

Somewhere to feel at home
A lovely welcome after a long drive, and the discovery that we had a beautiful room on the 5 th floor looking out across the fjord was a great start. All the staff were incredibly friendly and willing to help with any questions. We were astonished to discover that the hotel provides a light evening meal each night. This is available to all guests between 6 and 9, and means there is no need to go out after a long day travelling to find somewhere to eat. A great hotel to stay in.

Very nice hotel in Harstad
We had an enjoyable overnight stay. We had an excellent room overlooking the harbour. the staff were all very friendly and helpful. SAS had left my wife's suitcase in Oslo and it arrived late at night so the staff kept it in their office so they didn't disturb us! Dinner was fine - simple and plain but with very nice roast pork. It was very welcome after a long day, without having to go searching for dinner. breakfast was a buffet - the only disappointment for me was that they had run out of English breakfast tea - and I don't drink coffee, of which there was lots of choice. We'd definitely stay there again next time we are in Harstad.

Huone ihan siisti mutta ei niin moderni, mutta oikein puhdas ja ehjä kuitenkin. Ei näkymää ulos ikkunasta, vaan ainoastaan sisätilaan. Pysäköinti maksullinen päiväsaikaan. Ei mitään meteliä yöaikaan. Erittäin hyvä aamiainen.

Et av de bæste
Et av det bedre hotellene vi har benyttet. Har prøvd 8-10 forskjellige hoteller i Tromsø. Dette slår dæm. God mat og varm kveldsmat. Ska vi være pirket, så bådde vi på et rom der vinduet gikk inn i en glasshall. Så tung luft og varmt. Men god service og flott betjeni g, vi kommer igjen😊
