"I'll be honest and say I didn't do my usual scouting of the area when I booked. However, it was a great place and location. There are a few restaurants near by to grab some delcious food. We had a great time with our fur babies. And a lot of places that are pet frie dly have a distinct pet ordor, this place does not. It's a cute house, lots of yard and very nice over all."

"5 night stay and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Host was very attentive and quick to respond. Keurig did not work, and they quickly offered to fix. Could have been a little cleaner, but honestly we expected what we got because we knew they accepted animals. Everything else was wonderful. Would book again in a second. "

"My wife and I stayed 3 nights over the Independence Day holiday to attend the Kenny Chesney concert at Arrowhead Stadium. We loved the location of the rental, within a 10 minute walk to the Main St. Area in Lee's Summit. It was also an easy drive to Arrowhead for the concert, about 30 minutes. The house is a bit aged, but overall, comfortable. The front couch/futon was not the best to sit for extended periods, but was good for our needs. "The space was bigger than I anticipated. The listing said “cozy” which typically means tiny, but there was a good amount of space. It is a basement apartment and there is a family, I’m assuming the host, residing upstairs. There are the usual sounds that go along with that, but nothing annoying. The water pressure was less than I’m used to, and the air conditioning was set lower than I expected (with no control by the guests), but overall, it was a great experience. We attended a Royals MLB...

"This home accommodated part of our large extended family when they came from out of state to visit us! The kids (big and small) practically lived in the pool and the sun room was nice for the adults to get out of the sun and heat while watching over the kids. Close to everything we wanted to do in KC! Great place!"
