"This hotel was one of the best I’ve stayed in a while. I am a fan of Marriott FairField, but not all created equal. This hotel was located in a good area, right off of I-83. Food options were good and located within walking distance but I wish there were more to choose from. Check-in was easy and the receptionist was extremely helpful. The lobby was clean and the hallways and room didn’t have any musty smells. The sheets and bath linen were clean, no stringy hairs were left behind, the desk, microwave, tv and mini fridge worked well. Since this trip was mid April and the weather was still cool, NO insects were spotted which is always a plus. The only downside I can think of is there was only one small elevator. However, it worked and got me up and down when needed. I would stay at this hotel again."

"During booking, the website was unclear about key details, and when I called to confirm amenities and policies, the staff member I spoke with was rude and unhelpful. Questions about room type and fees were answered vaguely, which should have been my first warning sign. . The front desk staff offered no greeting, explanation of hotel amenities, or acknowledgment of the earlier issues I raised during booking. When I mentioned discrepancies between what I booked and what I was given, the response was dismissive, with no effort to investigate or resolve the issue. Based on the lack of professionalism and poor customer service from the booking process through check in, I would not recommend this hotel unless there is a significant improvement in how customers are treated."

"Had an overnight stay here. My kids were pumped about the indoor pool; however, the pool was very crowded and loud. Our room overlooked the pool too, which was a little creepy but more importantly, VERY loud until 10pm. Overall, experience was fine, but I would imagine guests would like to know if they will be subject to screams/yells from the pool in their hotel room."

"This place was a gem. Yeah, the furniture in the lobby was worn, but the room was in good shape, was clean, the staff was fabulous, and the breakfast was excellent (e.g., eggs, sausage, etc. + powdered sugar and sprinkles for the waffles). Plus they had an indoor pool and hot tub, which was a win for the kids. Best value for the money we’ve seen in a long time!!!"
