The property was great I was a little concerned that the owner stays in the basement and can lock the door from his side but there is no option to lock the door from your side. He seemed like a nice guy but this just made me uneasy. I would like to option to also be able to secure my side. We had a great stay and experienced no trouble during our stay.

The ad looks great and the decor was lovely but truly not the most important about a stay. When we first arrived the house had a terrible smell and did the entire stay. The bathrooms were dirty, no hand towels and hand soap was actually dish soap. Not all a huge deal. BUT, we didn't realize untilt he last day that the owers were staying in the downstairs. That was not disclosed in the ad at all, it stated the "entire house" was to be rented. It made us feel very uncomfortable and privacy invaded! We could hear them talk and heard their TV when they thought we were gone. I had also messaged twice with questions and had no response! The house was a little rough as it was run down with patches on the walls, nail sticking out of vent and vents had plastic foil around the edges and just some regular lack of upkeep. The day we left the ceiling was leaking in the addition and some paint chips were on the floor that I cleaned up before leaving. This was a very disappointing experience!
