Well, especially convenient for me, this hotel is a few miles from both parent's homes on the Holly Pike and walkable to my favorite breakfast & other restaurants. The pool open to 11pm, good breakfast, and excellent staff were a bonus. Doubled the length of my stay.

The room was clean, but the carpets were stained and shredded by the bathroom door. There were pieces of scotch tape on the walls that the cleaning staff did not remove. The bathroom door looked like it needed a good scrubbing. Most important, the morning coffee and eggs were horrible!

It was a very easy check in the young lady was very pleasant and accommodating. The room was exceptionally clean & it was right next door to Cracker Barrel. Breakfast was great the lady running breakfast was very delightful.

They charged me an extra $5 “hotel” fee on top of the money I already paid through Expedia. I’ve never experienced this before and it came without warning.

I'd do it again
This place is nice, clean, friendly staff. Traveling with family , I appreciate the breakfast, the pool. especially during the snow storm and the cable went out. It was great to be able to walk over to Cracker Barrel. The staff were also very quick to remove the snow and ice . The place is located in center of town and within walking distance to shopping center

i requested an ADA room with bars but was given one for hearing imparred that didn't have bars. Had to settle for a room for only 1 bed so we could have bars and i spept on a roll away bed - not comfortable

Hotel was not kept up well at all, holes in the walls in our room. And 2am woke up to a loud crashing sound which was a painting falling off the wall onto my wifes head. She has a bruise on her face and all we were offered was a halfhearted apology and no refund.

Friendly hotel
Bathroom and room where clean apart from the coffee pot. Staff were friendly and attentive. Room was quiet. The bed was smaller than expected but it was somewhere to put our heads for the night. Breakfast was good and the lady in the dining area was very attentive

No hot water in the shower,and the sink didn't drain very well. When I brought this to the fellow at the front desk he told me it wasn't possible. Won't stay there again.

Room was very damp. So much that the carpet felt kind of wet. Not sure why. Was too late and did not want to deal with getting into a different room. Breakfast next morning was good. Could use some updating and staff could do a little better job of cleaning.

Would stay here again.
The only complaint that I have is the weak water flow of the shower which I have with a lot of hotels. If you stay in the shower twice as long than how is there water savings? The room was clean , comfortable, & quiet. Breakfast was good.

The staff was friendly enough upon check-in but when I got to my room I found a weird gray stain on the comforter and possible black mold on the curtains. I didn't stop sneezing the entire time I was in the room. Breakfast was not too well stocked or restocked, but overall for a small place it was ok. I guess just don't go late as the don't replace food very well. It is a great location and if you do want better dining, Cracker Barrell is right next door. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for and I suppose I did.

We received complaints and daily comments from desk staff about our barking dog. We were at pool when the desk clerk came and said our dog was barking. We returned to the room immediately, only to find our dog sleeping! Other rooms had pets, and barking was heard from.those rooms, i wonder if they got daily comments about it. Sat morning breakfast didnt happen for us because there was no food left. We were at dining center by 9 am. We did not feel very welcome.
