Our room was very cool. We stayed on the first floor and was able to go into the pool area from our room. The pool area is large and the depth of the pool is 7 foot at the deepest part. Only downside is there is no hot tub.

Towels were like drying with a cardboard box but thats honestly the only negative. Everything else was pretty nice!

Honestly we loved staying here. It was very clean. The staff was more than words can say. They were kind and caring. Went the extra mile. The restaurant attached was amazing with excellent service. We will absolutely be back to stay again. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel.

The hotel is clean and the staff is very nice. There is also a very nice restaurant on the property that has a great bar and good food. Conveniently located near many restaurants and shopping.

This is about the fourth time we have stayed here to go to the great American outdoor show and it OSS a very clean and pleasant place to stay, only complaint we’re had is that the attached resistant OReillys just didn’t have enough staff to work Super Bowl Sunday night but for the people that were there they were great also! This hotel is a hidden gem! It’s so nice and clean. Great for adults only and families, as well as nice events. It’s recently renovated and feels updated but also warm and welcoming. The indoor heated pool and on site restaurant are the best.

One side of the hotel is a bit close to a noisy highway, but other than that it was excellent. Restaurant was easy and perfect. Staff went above and beyond to help us out when we accidentally left a coat in the closet. They helped us out by mailing it and we had it in a few days. Very grateful as it was a special coat.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I loved how my room overlooked the beautiful lobby! The pool area was fantastic and well kept. No free breakfast, but the restaurant was good and inexpensive.

This is the third time we have stayed at the Premier and each time we have been very pleased with the rooms, the dining, and the facility itself. The location is very convenient for the first stop on the way to SC. and we will make this a regular stop for us. This isn't a 10 but it's a solid 8.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area, especially those going to Hershey! The property was extremely well maintained and CLEAN! I’ve stayed in 3 different Best Westerns in the last 2 months and this one was the best by far. The rooms were so nice and the price was excellent! And, major bonus was the restaurant in the hotel was awesome. Big props to the management and cleaning staff. Very well ran.
