"Very pretty and peaceful property. The perfect place to get away from the big city fireworks with our easily spooked pup over the July 4 weekend.Plenty of items in the kitchen to easily prepare your own food and comfortable hot tub in the back. The nature trail was an added bonus, especially since we had a dog with us. We had a small hiccup when we arrived but Cody was extremely responsive and helpful and it was resolved quickly."

"This Inn has been purchased by the current owners about a year ago. They have undertaken extensive remodeling of the room. The room I was in was a suite, freshly painted, new vinyl floors, new linens, remodeled bath with quartz walls in the full bath. The bed was comfortable, room was quiet. The room had a king bed, full couch, sitting chair, and writing desk and chair. The management was extremely friendly and checked me in quickly. Now the negative. It is obvious that the management has concentrated on improving the rooms. I saw staff cleaning the property and attending to rooms. However, they have not had the time or resources to spend a lot of time on the outside. There is obvious rust and decay on the steel frames for the upper walkways. They will need to be cleaned, treated with rust reformer, and painted. The parking lot needs to be patched. And the program owner had sealed the outdoor pool with concrete. All in all, I will definitely stay here again. While the rooms show signs of some aging, they are freshly painted and immaculately clean. That tells you everything you need to know about these owners and their commitment to your stay."

A Wonderful 3 Bedroom House Close to the Shawnee National Forest !

"This home was as presented through VRBO. It was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for us visiting a relative. I didn't realize the guest bath was not a combo tub/shower. It is a tub only with the hair washing and climbing out challenges that go with that. The mattresses are memory-foam style, which was just ok. The pillows were too stiff and uncomfortable for me, but others did not complain about them. Bring your own tissues and bath soap. No starter set until you can shop."
