Great little cottage

We spent 2 weeks here and just loved the place. We like to do a lot of exploring and Harpswell is centrally located between Portland and Booth Bay Harbor. It is off the beaten track but there are some awesome restaurants close by. It is small but well laid out, The bed is a sleeper sofa but very comfortable and the view from the cottage is awesome. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a quaint cottage with nice views of the water in one of Maine’s finger islands. Great area for hiking. The owners have been great with their recommendations and communications.

Clean, beautiful views. Everything you could possibly need for linens, utensils, pots/pans, etc., they did not miss a thing! You don't need to pack all of your kitchen or bathroom to stay at this quaint cottage. We will be back!!

Beautiful cottage

This property is a beautiful, well kept cottage that is stocked with everything you need. Gorgeous views, quiet and cozy. I was apprehensive about the pull out sofa but it was soft and comfortable, no worries there. Go to the dock at night and see the beautiful starry sky and even some shooting stars. Would highly recommend.

Quiet Retreat

This property is the perfect place to relax. A beautiful view that can be enjoyed through the window or hammock. Peaceful neighborhood and there are many things to do with only having to drive 20 minutes. The host made sure the kitchen was well equipped with many basics. Highly recommend staying here, it was the perfect size and just the break I needed!

Well outfitted cottage. Good outdoors spaces for sitting and enjoying Harpswell's ambiance. Did not lack for anything except a comfortable bed. Owners might consider swapping out sleeper sofa for a real bed and mattress. Then everything would be perfect!

Cozy Cottage

My boyfriend and I booked this trip and he actually proposed during our trip! We loved coming back to the cozy studio cottage. The view from bed is beautiful , the stars at night were breath taking! Easy to check in, place was clean the one minor thing was the couch bed is not the best for the back but is cozy and soft. We will be back !

Cozy Oceanview Getaway

My husband and I really enjoyed the peaceful, out of they way location. The view eating from the porch was beautiful. We both were remote working, and the internet was fantastic, no issues. While the space is very small, as advertised, it was very clean and up to date, especially the bathroom and shower. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Would recommend for a couple looking for a quiet getaway.

Cozy water view cottage

We had a great visit. The cottage is indeed small but there is ample outdoor space where we mostly sat to take in the amazing view. The sunrise was spectacular. The place is well equiped but rustic. The bed is a fold out sofa but was pretty comfortable. It was nice to have a kitchen for breakfast and snacks but we mostly ate out at the Dolphin and Erica's, which were both great. We spent the days exploring the Harpswell area and the nights watching the stars. Great value in a small place!

Cute Cottage with Great Views

This cottage is adorable, and the view is wonderful. Cottage has all the things you need to cook, or grill. You can relax on the hammock or sit on the deck and watch the boats go by. The fire pit is well stocked with firewood. The bed was soft and cozy. Communication with the owner was great. Description is accurate. We visit Harpswell a few times a year and plan on adding this to one of our favorite places to stay!

A place to recharge

Spectacular view! Good location near many great places to eat. Excellent amenities and the space is large enough for two and a dog. The only negative was the pull out sleeper couch was a little too soft and sank in the middle. A board underneath the mattress may solve the problem. The grill was great for grilling lobsters - the best way to eat them! We would definitely come back!

Cozy Cottage

Perfect place to stay for a family wedding. Ate breakfast on the deck. Very clean and quiet. Great view of the water. It is one room with a bed/couch so it’s an either or just to be aware. Originally thought there was a couch and a bed. It helped to know that they are the same while planning. We just hung out on the bed to watch TV and sat at the island or on the deck to eat. Lovely hammock and fire pit. Hosts were very responsive and super helpful! Wish we could have stayed longer. Fell in love with Maine!

Couldn’t ask for a better location!

Everything about our stay was incredible. Amy was very communicative about check-in/checkout, great places to check out nearby, and all of the great perks about the property. Nothing can beat waking up to a sunrise on the water right next to your bed. We had planned trips to breweries in Portland and other nearby towns, but ended up changing a lot of those plans just to sit on the deck or by the fire pit and watch all of the wildlife on the water. During our stay, we saw so many cool birds, including a bald eagle that Amy said frequently lands on one of the properties trees, and even a few seals! Our dog also had a blast and is very upset we’re not moving there permanently. She loved watching all of the birds and chipmunks in the yard and was entertained for hours. Could not recommend this place more, we will definitely be back!
