"Staff were very friendly and welcoming, including Dagmar the bar maid. The hotel is undergoing refurbishment hence the 3star for facilities, however the place is spotless. We were given room 407 and it was spacious and perfect. Breakfast was very good with a vast range of choices all freshly cooked. Breakfast staff were also very good, keeping everything clean and replenished. Thank you gasworks we look forward to coming back to see the updated refurbishments. "

"We only had one night here, and although the parking is a tiny bit of an issue, you can park on the street or at one of the parking garages, and the hotel provides a discount for that. Special shout out to Chloe at the front desk who was incredible and should be given a gigantic raise. The hotel is lucky to have her.
