"I have stayed here many times over the years, some over night, some a week and many in between. The staff are awesome, cleaning, bar, catering and reception. The rooms are all good, but be aware that some may be well away from the reception. I normally receive a room close to the elevator and reception, unfortunately I had one what seemed KM away this time. It was quite a trek. along the ground floor to the elevator was a trek, and the once on the floor, a fair dinkem walk to the fertherest edge of the building. Nevertheless, the room was great. the view a brick wall, but all was awesome outside the room. Hats off to the cleaning staff, they rock! Id say, BOOK, but be aware the room may be a walk and a half away from reception. I completely rate the bar and especially the food! The food is amazing. You may be fooled in Fremantle, but never in The Esplanade. I will most definitely stay again, but caveat, request a room close to the Reception on either floor. simply awesome. "
"Our stay was very good overall. My major complaint was the state of the couch in the living room, which had a couple of daggy looking sheets covering the bottom cushions. They were"t even tucked in properly, and it impacted badly on first impressions, Certainly nothing like the photo provided!!! You need to get the couch cushion covers cleaned, so that the couch presents as CLEAN! Everything was functional, except that the overhead lamp in the room with the bunk beds had fallen out of it's place in the ceiling and was dangling down too close to the bed. Didn't look good and potentially dangerous. Front screen door very squeaky and irritating when not closed fully. Maybe WD40 would fix that issue. Back terrace not swept and very dirty overall. "Very large house with spacious living areas in a safe and quiet neighbourhood. Check in process was not easy with requirement to provide photo ID. Communication was generic and not specific to the property. Backyard was unkempt with high weeds in pebble paths and had not been mowed for a long time. Kitchen could be better supplied. We needed to buy a potato masher and BBQ tool and there were no medium size saucepans. Property could have been cleaner on arrival."
