Clean, spacious townhouse on Smith Mountain Lake

Lots of space here to spread out. Townhouse was super clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Very well stocked. Quiet location with great views of the lake. We had lots of rain so couldn’t make a lot of use of the decks but would have spent more time overlooking the lake if weather was better. Short drive to restaurants. Great communication with James.

Great Host and VRBO experience

Host was amazing we had a couple minor inconveniences at our own fault and he was quick to the rescue. House was even better than the picture and couldn’t have stayed anywhere better for the price. We will be staying again very soon!

Great location for my father and I to stay for a long weekend. The condo could easily handle a family of 4 or more with plenty of space for everyone. They had supplies for toddlers as well (crib/changing table) although they were not out as decor :)Very convenient to stores and restaurants, and of course 100% access to the lake out the back of the property.The kitchen also had so many utensils, pots, pans, small appliances to accommodate a chef.Would definitely stay with James at Mama Bear again!

Great Space

My husband, four grandchildren, and I enjoyed the beautiful, clean, and spacious townhouse. The scenery is amazing with the lake and mountains in the background. It’s tripled level with a deck or balcony on each level was impressive as well as it is tucked back in a great, quiet community. The kitchen was stocked with a variety of items to ensure you had what you have in your own home. The Keurig and coffee pods allowed us to start the day caffeinated! With 6 of us in total, having 2.5 bathrooms was great! It was fully stocked for anything needed during our stay! Family board games, coloring books, and coloring supplies allowed us all to have fun! The price was affordable and we were happy that it exceeded our expectations!
