The Studio is one of three exquisite guest suites in the front house, offering architecturally designed elegance paired with stunning mid-century furnishings. Newly renovated with an open-plan layout, the Studio features a cozy queen-size bed and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, gas stovetop, oven, toaster, and kettle. The modern bathroom includes a sleek shower and toilet for your comfort. Step through the French doors onto the deck, where you'll be greeted by breathtaking views of the gardens and the beach below—an idyllic retreat for relaxation and beauty.

Our property is just 10 minutes north of Kaikoura, a beautiful beach town famous for whale watching, fishing, surfing, and cycling trails. Mangamaunu Beach, a world-renowned surf spot, is only a two-minute walk down the driveway. It’s perfect for a morning stroll, a swim, or a surf for all skill levels. Peaceful Paradise

Exceeded everything we had expected. Stunning views, lots of space to wander, beach just below. Stay more than one night to soak up the ever changing vista. Birdsong during the day, with many fantails, swallows and bellbirds together with a snowcapped backdrop. We had one stunning cloudless night to take in the milky way stretching above us with no light pollution at all. A very special place.
