"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was great. The house was clean and tidy with plenty of space and everything we needed for a family of 5 to be comfortable.The views were spectacular and our kids loved spending time exploring the property.A suggestion for improvement would be to have a decent supply of split dry timber to fuel the wood fire into the evenings. The house temp was perfect through the day but could get cool in the winter nights."

"Great place, comfortable and cosy. Fire pit and fire place was great, big gorgeous backyard and great kitchen with drinks fridge and butlers kitchen w dishwasher. Pantry could use a clean out, some old appliances that didn’t work and didn’t match. The bedrooms weren’t huge and had a lot of excess furniture, old and large broken chairs that could be removed to make everything a bit more spacious. As a large family group we enjoyed ourselves and the location was awesome, very quick drive to town."

"We went for a girls' trip and decided to go for a 1 night stay to Dunsborough. We weren't aware of how nice this place was and should have stayed more than 1 night! We loved it, from location to the restaurant & bar downstairs, to the people too! The rooms were very comfortable.. we will definitely be back!"

"The home was well presented and very clean. We stayed for a girls’ weekend and overall had a lovely time. Having the toilets located within the bathrooms was a little inconvenient at times for a larger group, and we did need to purchase additional toilet paper during our stay, as there wasn’t quite enough supplied for our group. The bedrooms could benefit from some hanging space/wardrobes for clothing. We also spent some time searching for the air conditioning controls, which we eventually found in one of the bedrooms. Check-in and check-out were seamless and stress-free. The location was fantastic, and the views from the pool were absolutely 10/10. It felt private and secluded while still being close enough to head into town easily. Overall, a great stay and we would stay here again. "
