We asked for a view of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building and was really lucky to have a great view of the Tokyo Night and Light projection show! We could not hear the sound and music from the room (which was good because it meant that we couldn't hear any outside noise), but some of the music is available on the website. The hotel is very large so sometimes the elevator takes a while. The location was very convenient to Shinkuju station as well as Tochomae station.
Also, the bell captain desk staff were extremely helpful and efficient (takkyubin) with setting up luggage forwarding service all the way to Kansai KIX Airport. Thank you so much!

The restaurant option closes at 8pm. Something the staff did not explain upon check in. The bar doesn’t open till 4pm in the afternoon. Again, something the staff did not explain. They don’t have any vending machines with food options. Seriously so no food on site after 8pm and nothing available ...
