"Bar good, meals small lunches disgusting "

"They do not have guest services, which is a No for me. Made a reservation for 3 adults in the room, there was only towels for 2, no extras. When i called 2 have towels brought to the room, i was told i would have to come to front desk to get them because they didn't have guest services, so every day for 3nights 4days i had to go get towels because they refused to leave enough towels for 3 guest. On first night of stay our toilet stopped up, i called to let them know this and i was told that they dont have 24 hr maintenance service but they could bring me a plunger, needless to say that didnt work and they had to switch our rooms to another floor,; which was a inconvenience because we were traveling with others and our rooms were next to each other. Although staff was nice about everything, because of all the other inconveniences, i would.nt stay here again."

"I would like to say that our stay was very indecent. The bathroom was filthy. They kindly gave us a new room. The elevator didn’t work so we had to take the stairs. The staff was kind so that made the trip. Other than that I’d say stay at your own risk."

"Check in time is too late 4 pm , and check out is too early 11 am ; the room was left 2 empty bottles next to the bed, for sure housekeeping didn’t change the bed linens "
