"This La Quinta is clean, modern, and has a lovely free breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was plentiful and free. My room was quiet even though the rooms around were booked. The AC worked perfectly as did the fridge and coffee maker. The bed and bath were clean. The bedside had numerous ways to charge your electronics (bring your own cords and plugs though). FYI it's very close to a lightrail station which is great to get around. There are eateries close enough to walk to. There is a huge shopping area within half a mile. I highly recommend staying here and will stay here again. "

"Secured place quiet"

"The employee that checked me in walked away and left me without a word after checking me in for 40 minutes without giving me my room key. Several people came in and left because no one was at the desk. When i asked to speak with the owner later another employee said the person that checked me in is the owner. I had a long drive to this hotel and to be kept waiting for a key frustrated me. This hotel is not only in a precarious location but I found it ungracious as well."

"Super cool building, not your standard boring hotel (which I love) and we loved the proximity to the Neptune theater. There was only one elevator working for staff and for guests. So when housekeeping needed to get to the different floors, it created quite the headache for guests who were trying to check out, or getting to/from their room during that time. We waited almost 40 minutes trying to get the elevator to our room. It wasn't made clear when we checked in that we would need a reservation for the restaurant on the rooftop, so heads up- you can't just go up there without a staff member sending you up. I think a lot of our troubles were caused by a singular elevator experience, if the property manager fixed that I would have rated it higher. Overall it was a pretty good experience "
