"Room was nice, breakfast was pretty good, staff great. I wish that hotels would notify you when their amenities are unavailable or reduced. No hot tub and reduced/strange hours for a murky pool. "

"Recently opened hotel close to the train station. You can actually take this train to and from the airport. Although we had a car this time-parking was easy and lots of spaces since it is shared with the Kraken community iceplex. It is a paid parking ($25). Free breakfast was good-the usual scrambled/hard boiled eggs, bread/bagel, cereals and fruits. Lots of space in the dining area and lobby area. Our check in was great-thank you to John Paul in the front desk who gave us an upgraded room. Room was spacious-living and dining area with complete kitchen amenities. Bed was a little hard for my comfort but it’s ok. Bathroom was spacious with enough space for women(lol with all our stuff). Overall great stay! "

"I arrived to check in for my reservation, which I had made AND prepaid, more than 1 month prior to arrival. When I arrived at 9 p.m. on my intended date, the front desk person TIna advised that I had no reservation. I assured her that I did, but I went to pull it up on my phone but the hotel had no Wi-Fi. I drove to the nearest Starbucks for Wi-Fi, screenshotted my reservation and drove back. It still did not matter, she said I had no reservation, even though clearly, I did. She called the Assistant Manager, Steff, who then advised she had cancelled my reservation that morning because....she said that the rate was too low!! I'm sorry, but I booked online, I am not responsible for the rate that the hotel provides to Expedia to put in their system. The hotel absolutely REFUSED to honour my reservation (which, by the way is a legal binding contract), and offered me a room at nearly double the price that I had already prepaid! They also never tried to call me to advise that they cancelled. (Steff said she did, but when Tina and I looked at the in house flip phone, my phone number was nowhere to be found). This is without a doubt the WORST customer service that I have ever experienced in a lifetime of travel. There is so much more to the outrageous lack of assistance from Studio 6 that night, but ultimately, we left the property because I was not paying again for a room I had already paid for, and never will I ever book another Studio 6 Hotel. Well done Steff and Tina!"
