Great location, conveniently close to everything but amazingly silent at night. The room and washroom were in good condition though there's stains in the washroom walls that make it seem dirty despite it getting properly cleaned by staff (needs better maintenance).

Hotel in old quarter, cramped for space. Airport pick up was on time but overcharged. Stayed 3 nights, 1 night on 4th floor with windows facing walls, 2 nights on 7th floor after request with tiny bit of street view. Hotel is relatively new with all wooden floor and furniture. Bed and pillow very hard, found it difficult to sleep. Floors, linen, bathroom not very clean. Breakfast was cooked to order, was OK, few options. Walking distance to Ho Chi Minh mausoleum, night market, Ho Kiem lake, Puppet theatre and other Hanoi city attractions if you can manage to cross streets with virtually no traffic signals dodging the sea of bikes. Not many eating options around. We spent most of the time in long day tours to Halong bay (great tour $40 pax) and Trang An caves (good tour $35 pax), so it was not too bad. We paid $50/night which is high in Hanoi standard but disappointed. Choose a good hotel chain near west lake for a comfortable stay

Nice hotel for the price
Location was great, and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. The only thing they could pay more attention at is the cleanliness of the bathroom. The old and dirty shower curtain should be replaced by now.

we loved our stay with a kind and caring staf
The veranda off the double room was an important asset, with its double doors and view down into the busy street, Personally, i love the butle of central Hanoi and for this the hotel was ideal. i could walk everywhere and felt completley safe. Uniusually, the lift was very large, rather than the pokey ones you so often find. They attempt to reduce their footprint with a key slot to turn on the lights. Little things wre impressive, such as the felt pads unde the chairs for sliding them across the parquestry floors. i only wish they had had at leas one comfortable reading chair, yet the lighting was good to read by. i reccomens it.

Wonderful manager
The manager of this hotel did a wonderful job in all her efforts to make us happy. Despite a few hiccups including the need for us to change rooms due to some AC problems and later than expected return of my laundry the manager always remained calm and focussed on making us happy even when I was at times becoming more upset than necessary. This hotel is in a great location, offers superb value for money and an extremely honest, caring and helpful manager. Things may not always go to plan but rest assured that at Lucky 3 they are focussed on looking after you.

Good Stay
Stayed for 4 nights. Initially stayed in a room at the front which had the benefit of a balcony but the drawback of noise from horns day and night. Had difficulty sleeping so asked about a different room and staff were very pleasant and moved us to the back where it was very quite. Stayed in the Superior room and it was quite spacious and clean. The bed was somewhat hard but not the worst we've had in Vietnam. Included breakfast was a little disappointing. Staff were all friendly, polite and helpful. Good location.

建物は古く設備もそれなりだが、ホアンキエム湖も近くショッピング、散策にはとても便利だ。 又、フライトが台風で順延になったがその時のスタッフの対応は非常に良かった。 次にハノイに来る時があればまた利用したい。

호안끼엠 및 성당에서 멀지 않습니다. 근처 퍼짜쭈엔,Pho 10, 분짜닷킴 등 다 걸어서 금방 갈 수 있습니다. 호텔 바로 옆 현지 식당에서 오전 부터 오후 4시 까지 분짜 및 저녁 바베큐 아주 좋습니다. 호텔 무료 조식은 메뉴에서 먹고 싶은 걸 시켜서 여러개 먹을 수 있고 맛도 좋아 이 호텔 금액에 남는게 있나 싶을 정도 였습니다. 혹시 자유여행으로 오시면 근처 여행 에이젼시 많으며 마시지는 성당 근처 미도리마사지 가격은 다른 곳 보다 20% 높지만 잘 하고 깨끗합니다. 여행 에이젼시는 미도리 마사지 앞 스마일 여행 에이젼시 추천 합니다. 저희는 하롱베이,깟바섬 2박 3일 3성급 크루즈 및 깟바섬 3성급 호텔 160불, 싸파 슬리핑 버스 , 하노이 복귀 리무진, 3성급 호텔 2박 90불 이었습니다. 10% 부가세 별도 인데 잘 얘기해서 안 냈습니다. 참고하세요.

正月休みに６泊しました。立地は教会や旧市街も徒歩圏内でとても便利です。部屋の設備、特にお風呂の状態はいまいちでしたが、この値段であれば相応といったところでしょうか。道路の音がうるさいですが、市内はどこも同じようなものでしょう。2日目からはあまり気にならなくなりました。

* 호안끼엠근처이 위치하고 있어 접근성이 좋으면 가격대비 만족스럽다. * 조금 아쉬운 부분은 옷장과 옷걸이가 없어 보관이 불편했으며 실내화가 지져분하여 쓰기가 거북스러움.

1. 예약시 트윈 신청했는데 더블룸을 배정. 2. 다음날 바꿔주기로 해서 그냥 잤는데 다음날 말 바뀜. 3. 같은 방에 하루 더 묵기로 했는데 다음날 강제로 방 바꾸라고 함. 4. 합의하고 돈 냈는데 저녁에 돈 더 받음. 5. 대로변에 있어서 시끄러움. 6. 조식이 조잡스러움.

Hanoi är en tät stad med mycket trafik och många intryck, så hotellet fungerade som en utmärkt oas att återhämtas sig på. Rummen var möblerade med moderna, men vietnamesiska möbler som avvek från de anonyma miljöer som annars förekommer på många hotell. Personalen var fantastisk, både vänliga och beredda att hjälpa oss med goda råd och med organisationen av olika utflykter.

가성비 좋은 호텔
베트남에는 창문이 없거나 있더라도 매우 작고 답답한 숙소가 많다. 그런 경우는 습한 기후때문에 꿉꿉하거나 곰팡이 냄새가 나는 경우가 많기 때문에 우리는 그 점에 중점을 두고 호안끼엠 근처에 있는 많은 숙소를 살펴 보았다. 럭키3호텔은 비교적 저렴한 가격에 발코니가 있는 숙소를 이용할 수 있어 선택하게 되었다. 대로변을 향해 있는 발코니와 창문은 이중문으로 되어 있어 바깥의 소음이 대부분 차단되었다. 하지만 매우 작고 매연으로 인해 더러웠다. (첫날에 난간에 기댔다가 생긴 자국이 3일 내내 ..) 객실이나 욕실은 깨끗한 편이었고 따뜻한 물이 아주 잘 나왔으며 테이블과 책상, 옷장등의 가구도 잘 갖춰져 있어 이용하기에 편리했다. 직원들의 친절함은 덤. 특히 냉장고와 냉장고근처의 멀티탭은 외출시에도 전기가 유지되게 되어있어 좋았다. 숙소는 호안끼엠호수, 성당, 교도소 등의 관광지와 가까워 걸어다니기에 좋았다. 멀지 않은 곳에 인티맥스나 야시장, 맛집들도 있고 공항에서 미니버스를 이용하면 도착하는 정류장도 가까워 위치적으로 만족스러웠다. 조식은 꼭대기에 위치한 식당에서 이용할 수 있는데 10가지 정도의 메뉴 중 선택할 수 있었다. 맛은 나쁘지 않았지만 3일 이용하기에는 선택의 폭이 넓지 않아 아쉬웠다.

Amazing Price for good choice. Best location in old quarter, even it is not noisy. Kind staffs. Looks somewhat old fashioned, but very well equipped everything. Nice view of small bar and dining. With breakfast. -It is not a great level but good for your morning start.

Nous avons prit la suite de luxe avec balcon, coin salon est seulement 2 chaises en face du lit... Le lit qui est suposé être de mousse mémoire etait dure comme de la roche et le déjeuner très simple et pas vraiment bon... Bon point, l'hotel est bien situé et le personnel gentil.

Les chambres sont bien entretenues et spacieuses même si la disposition des meubles pourraient être plus fonctionnel pour la fluidité de passage si on a beaucoup de bagage. Seul bémol de l’hôtel: la luminosité et si on est face à la rue, le bruit. La propreté est plus satisfaisante que ses hôtels homonymes. Sinon à 5 min à pied du petit lac, 10 min de la citadelle, 15 min du mausolée... Tout peut se faire à pied. Emplacement privilégié en plein centre ville. L'équipe de l’hôtel est très professionnelle et peut tout mettre en place pour vous satisfaire.

デラックスルームに泊まりました。ダブルルームとはいえ、シングルを二つくっつけたハリウッドスタイルです。部屋は広く、ウェルカムフルーツなどがサービスされており、快適な滞在ができました。バルコニー付きの部屋でしたが、夜中まで街の喧騒が響き渡り、ハノイの活気がこちらにまで伝わってくるようでした。バスルームは部屋の割りに狭く、決して清潔であるとは言い難いです。
