- Enjoy a cozy, newly renovated and spacious apartment in a historic house—perfect for both short and longer stays in the area. Rental is exclusively for non-smokers. Contractors are welcome. Check-in can be done in person or flexibly via a code. The surroundings offer plenty of nature, with fields and the Harz mountains not far away. Hildesheim, Peine, Hanover, and Braunschweig are quickly accessible by car. Pets are not allowed. Various restaurants and bistros are nearby, and bakeries and supermarkets are within walking distance. Smoking is not permitted inside the house or apartment; violations result in immediate termination without refund of the remaining amount or deposit. Umbrellas are available.
