This unit was perfect for our stay while attending Hannover Messe. Artem (the owner) was very accomodating, helping us with transportation to and from the train station, as well as suggesting restaurants etc. The value for the money rating reflects the fact that prices rise dramatically during the Messe, which is a supply and demand thing. It would be great value outside these peak times. Excellent location with easy access to public transit.
