I love the bedding and that they have embroidered "soft or firm" on the pillowcases. The room was extremely clean. Even the kids running up and down the hall was irritating, but not too loud.

Nice, new property on the outskirts of Hannibal. Nic, free breakfast. The only problem was that there was a heavy walker - a stomper - on the floor above me, and I could hear all of the footsteps. They need more insulation!

Very friendly staff. Very clean in all areas (even the stairwells). Breakfast was served on glass plates with stainless steel flatware. Lots of variety for breakfast. One of the nicest Holiday Inn Express properties I have stayed in.
