Basic accommodation. Good location
Location of the house was good for Hanmer amenities. 5min walk to shops, cafes and the pool. Good space in the house. Disappointing that when we arrived that the house had not been cleaned in a long time. Food crumbs and debris in the house. Lots of hair on the carpet. Average bedding and furnishings. Had to ask for more towels as only 2 towels and flannels left for 3 people for 5 nights. No dryer as listed, so definitely more towels required. Left two messages with Property Manager, but responded to negative feedback on booking website to provide more towels. Advertised as "luxury accommodation, 4 stars". Definitely more of a basic Bach accommodation.

Amazing except for oven was dirty and oven trays. Some cob webs in high places. Would definitely stay again.
