Our family (of 5) had a lovely stay at Granny's nook while we explored Hanksville area. There is so much to do all day, that we appreciated the clean and comfortable home to return to. We made 2 dinners there easily in the kitchen, and also enjoyed watching movies together in the evenings. The owners respond quickly and were very accommodating. Highly recommend staying here!

This was the perfect home base for our family. The 3 bedrooms were great and the layout of the home gave us plenty of room to relax and have our own space if we wanted or get together for games and a movie. The host was gracious and communicated just the right amount. Will definitely be booking this home next time we visit.
Granny's Nook was just what I was looking for. It was quiet, clean, and well-maintained. The check-in was easy, and communication with the Host was excellent from start to finish. The kitchen was well-appointed with all that is needed for meal prep.Myself and a friend specifically chose the area for its proximity to the parks and the area we were interested in visiting for photography.
What a great stay! They even had laundry detergent and dish soap which just made things easier. Clean, great floor plan, great for families or just groups.
The home was very comfortable with plenty of beds and extra linens for our group. It made a gret basecamp while we explored from Moab to Capitol Reef for 8 days during spring break!
The house worked great for us! The unit was clean and communication with the host was excellent. I was pleasantly surprised to see the cookware was in like new condition and didn't leave me with a sticky mess. We will be back!
Nice and clean place to stay in Hanksville! Be aware that while the AC works, it is quite loud. It didn't really bother anyone in the house sleeping, we just had to speak louder to each other. The central ceiling fan was non functional, but there was a new on in a closet, so that may be fixed soon. Overall, a pleasant stay in a convenient location to many things. A number of local places to eat as well. Beautiful sunrises too!
Granny’s Nook was clean with comfortable beds. Plenty of soaps, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, a laundry pod, and dryer sheets. The ceiling fans in the rooms were janky. We were afraid to run them for fear of them falling out of the ceiling. One bathroom was difficult for the 6 of us, but we made it work for the one night we were there. The cats outside were super friendly and came when we called kitty kitty. There is a nice parking spot under shade tree. Perfect for the hot afternoon sun. We would stay again! Thanks for being a great host. We ate at Duke’s Sliding Rock Grill and Stan’s Burger Shak. Both were really good.
