The hotel needs a good update - walls painted, showers fixed, etc. It was a very basic accommodation. The WiFi was free but so slow as to be non-exististant on some days.

The view from the grounds is great. You can see the water but there is no on sight service. You are on your own! Continental breakfast is OK but it is not open until 8:30 which is too late since most tours start at 9:00 am.

This is a tired hotel. Needs so much work. New bedspreads and shower curtains are easy fix. Staff very concerned about exchanging our towels. Hugo a very pleasant manager full of information. Basic breakfast of fruit, breads mmeat and cheese. Close to town, airport and car rentals. Nice view for enjoying cocktails in the evening, BYOB.

Sehr tolles Hotel mit sehr hilfsbereitem Manager, der seine Gäste persönlich vom Flughafen abholt und hinfährt und das sehr höfliche u d holfsbereite Personal. Die Lage des Hotels ist wunderschön und dennoch nahe am Zentrum sowie zur Küste. Der Erholungsgrad mit der wunderschönen Terasse und dem Garten ist unbeschreiblich schön. Dieses Hotel kann ich gewissenhaft jedem empfehlen und werde es bei meonen nächsten Besuchen au jeden Fall noch mal buchen. Herzlichen Dank.

fairly good location a short walk from the main road in town; had room with sea view although this particular room did not allow to walk on patio similar to some others and so something to note; good breakfast with various choices including toast, cake, fruit.

スタッフがフレンドリーで立地が良いホテル

繁華街の中ではありませんが、立地が良く、ホテルから繁華街を歩いて一周すると30分くらいです。繁華街と逆方向にはイースター島唯一のガソリンスタンドがあり、その横にあるミニショップで両替ができて便利です。ホテルからガソリンスタンドまでは徒歩5分です。治安も良く夜の一人歩きも全く問題ありません。ホテルから繁華街の港まで15分程歩くと、夕焼けスポットです。港にレストランもいくつかあるので夕飯を食べながら夕日を見たり、港のベンチに座って眺めるのも良かったです。 ホテルの人は親切で、夜寒くて眠れなかったと言うと、毛布をセットしておいてくれました。清掃もきちんとされていました。 タオルは毎日は変えてくれません。 1日おきかなと思いましたが、2日変わっていない時があったので、サイクルはわかりません。 朝食は8:30〜10:00で食パン、ハム、チーズ、ケーキ、フルーツ、生搾りジュース、コーヒー、紅茶があります。日曜に9時からツアーを入れていたのですが、朝食を並べ始めたのが8:45くらい。大急ぎで食べました。日曜は基本的にどこも休みなので（レストランやカフェはやっています）朝ものんびりしていたのでしょうか…？ 空港の送迎は、事前にホテルにメールをしてお願いしました。ホテルを発つ日は夜23時の便だったのですが、最初清掃の人は11時にチェックアウトだからと部屋を使わせてもらえませんでしたが、ラウンジに座っていたら男性のスタッフさん（オーナー？）が声をかけてきて、夜ホテルを出るまで部屋を使ってていいよと言って、また部屋の鍵をくれました。 ホテルには看板が一切ないのと、道路に面しておらず、小道を少し登ったところにあるので、送迎でなく、個人でホテルに向かう方は入り口がなかなかわからないと思います。

空港に近いホテル

送迎を頼んでいませんでしたが、空港に迎えにきてくれました。部屋はオーシャンビューで、綺麗です。英語は通じず、スペイン語だけでした。ホテルにレストランはありませんが、近所にレストランがあります。
