Beautiful hotel in Rapa Nui with all amenities, wonderful staff, beautiful landscapes, delicious meals with in-house chef. The hotel makes arrangements for tours, transfers to/from airport and anything else you can think of. It was superb, and no other hotels in the area are as nice as this one- Would be back in a second-

A beautiful accommodation in a beautiful place. We would love to return. The leafy terrace was beautiful, the food was great, and all the staff were welcoming, warm, and friendly. Highly recommend this place! We thoroughly enjoyed our days there eating breakfast in a sun room surrounded by tropical plants and chickens roaming around.

Excellent hotel with a pool and limited number of rooms. Only downside is the location. Is about a 35 min walk to town which is ok during the day but not something we were comfortable doing at night. Although, they did provide a taxi pickup service (for a price) from anywhere in town via WhatsApp which was handy when time and cocktails got away from us on the shore.

Excellent stay. We could not have asked for anything more. The staff was AMAZING. The room was spotless. The view was 5 stars. Wifi was super reliable. Airport transfers were seamless. They know exactly when to take you to the airport as they are monitoring the arriving flight. 100% recommend!

I loved staying here. The rooms are spacious and beautiful and I especially enjoyed the large balcony. The staff is excellent. The only negative is the location of the hotel which is far from town and isolated. The hotel will order you a taxi, though ($6-$8 one way to town) and respond very quickly on WhatsApp so it really wasn't an issue.

The staff was so wonderful our entire stay. They were very accommodating and helpful. They allowed us to fill water bottles and even made us dinner reservations! The grounds are beautiful, the breakfast is fabulous, the rooms are clean and the bed is really comfortable. I typically struggle with hard beds while traveling and I slept like a baby here. I absolutely recommend this small boutique hotel! We would definitely come back!

Hotel Ohana is a quiet oasis slightly tucked away from the center of Hanga Roa (which can be slightly limiting for transport as you have to rely on taxis). The property is gorgeous and the room was spacious, beautiful, and well amenitized, although there could have been more USB plugs and outlets near the bed. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and you really felt welcome and comfortable in their care.

The rooms are very nice, breakfast is excellent, and most of the staff are very friendly. Service at the front desk varied depending on who was working. The hotel is in a more remote location and walking to town isn’t ideal because of the busy road. Transportation into town can be a bit tricky, as taxis aren’t always easy to find.

The Best Hotel Experience of My Life - Truly Exceptional Hospitality! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My stay at Hotel Ohana was nothing short of unforgettable, and it is hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed in. From the moment I arrived in Rapa Nui, the experience was seamless, starting with their prompt airport pickup. The absolute highlight of the hotel is the incredible staff, especially Valentina. She welcomed me with a beautiful smile and fluent English, explaining the island map and hotel operations perfectly before helping me to my room. Her level of hospitality is truly exceptional. She even served me at dinner, where I had a fantastic fresh ceviche and a delicious banana dessert. The daily breakfast is fabulous—a massive, fresh spread of fruits, yogurts, cakes, eggs, and great coffee. They truly make you feel at home. The amenities are incredibly thoughtful: there is always free coffee, tea, and water available in the lobby, a very reasonably priced minibar in the room, and the entire team is available on WhatsApp at almost any moment to help with anything you need. They also partner with Insular for car rentals. The hotel gave me a free ride to pick up the car, and I was able to simply leave it right next to the hotel when I was done. To top it all off, Valentina personally drove me back to the airport on my last day, making the departure totally smooth and stress-free. If you are coming to Rapa Nui, do not look anywhere else. Room was clean and comfortable, noted there's no facial tissues as they do not use it on Easter Island? Catalina or Calina (not sure of her name) is very sweet and courteous, the manager is not so much. Facility is ok.
