Great Value, the hotel had its past glory
The shower was an emotional roller coaster, it was extremely hot or extremely cold, it was long and difficult to take a normal and refreshing shower.

Buen Hotel en Isla de Pascua
Cabe destacar que fue uno de los primeros hoteles de la isla, por lo que sus instalaciones son antiguas pero muy bien mantenidas, con una piscina y área de descanso muy cómodas. Buen desayuno, con unos deliciosos pasteles de platano

Buen hotel para escala en Santiago
Hotel cerca del aeropuerto y a 20 mins en Taxi del centro de Santiago, el personal muy atento pues nos ayudaron con nuestras maletas al llegar temprano e incluso nos otorgaron la habitación antes de lo planeado, hotel cómodo para hacer una escala en Santiago y visitar la ciudad sin complicarse tanto, el desayiuno es poco variado. Es una buena relación de precio/calidad

A worst experience ! Run away
I stayed 6 nights at Hotel Hotu Matua and it has been a worst experience : I registered at 3pm, the room was not ready. I was supposed to pay 6 nights and they charged me the wrong amount at the beginning. The room was very noisy with a poor level of cleaning (hair, hairbreads, dust, etc..). The front desk agents are unprofessionals, they always used their smartphones with music and noisy conversations. I had this worst experience with the supposed "General Manager" in flip flops at the end because the first receptionist did not charged the right amount for the stay. We had to regularize the situation 1hour before the check out and the try to ROB THE GUEST, using a non-official currency change rates !! So I had to negociate the currency change rates as they wanted to charge more money than it was supposed. To resume : poor quality hotel, unprofessional employees, robbers on currency change rates ! Run away travelers there are many other good hotels in Rapa Nui !

Buen hotel , de precio muy conveniente
Excelente lugar para hospedarse en la Isla de Pascua ya que uno sale casi todo el día a recorrer y hacer tours no necesita un hotel 6 estrellas , es un lugar amplio bonito , muy limpio , cómodo , tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar de unas exquisitas vacaciones . Servicio de aseo a la habitación , piscina , terraza , reposera , jardines con mucha vegetación

Un hotel acogedor
Un hotel acogedor la gente que trabaja alli siempre tiene muy buena disposición para ayudar el lo que sea y solucionar si es que existe una solicitud adicional. Del hotel al centro se encuentra a unos 15 o 20 minutos caminando al centro. El wifi no llega al dormitorio. Grato lugar, grato ambiente.
