The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The concierge helped us find a local restaurant that had excellent food at a reasonable price. They have a beautiful garden accessible from the second floor. I would highly recommend the hotel for a relaxing and peaceful stay.

If you ever saw the movie “Pretty Woman,” outside of the massive floral arrangements, that’s pretty much Keio Plaza. Incredibly helpful staff, spacious rooms, and wonderful amenities. I will be back the next time I’m in Tokyo.
