Right on the mountain, this spacious 2000 sq. ft. retreat Condo is your home away from home. It's the best way to have all your family in one place to enjoy the Mountain Resort. You are 250 feet from the mountain. Just walk right outside and right onto the Grouse Run Green Trail. One of the Best Locations in All of Jiminy!

The Space:
All of our deluxe rental suites, apartments, and condos are very different from the standard ones offered by mountain owners. Our accommodations are fully redone, privately cleaned, and all are RIGHT ON THE MOUNTAIN! Instead of dated lodgings, experience new furnishings, in-suite perks such as Keurig machines, air fryers, board games, plentiful soft premium beddings, and of course Tons of In Home Perks

There are two bedrooms on the top floor, each with a queen bed. The basement is kids zone with their own double twin private bedroom and a brand new trundle bed. On the First Floor, a brand New, Memory Foam Couch opens up to a queen sleeper, for those who don't want to go up or down stairs, or just to house your extra guests. 3 Full Bathrooms make this place truly unique on the mountain!

The ground floor boasts walk out deck w new Weber , Fireplace, and open floor plan. Kitchen is stocked with your essentials plus Keurig and cups to reduce stress. The lower level with its private bedroom and full bathroom and is fully equipped with Wii with Game Library, Standup Arcade Games, Foosball, and Fully Stocked Board Game Mega library. Washer Dryer is In the Condo, as are Streaming televisions, Air Conditioning, Deck, Barbeque. Plus, you have all the amenities of Jiminy Peak at your disposal, including Pools, spas, Alpine Slides, and all the Mountain Amenities.

During your stay you will enjoy all the amenities the Country Inn and Jiminy Peak have to offer, including a year round outdoor heated pool, hot tubs, fitness center and more.

Jiminy Peak is the ultimate all season rental vacation resort. Summer offers great hiking and the famous Jiminy Mountain Resort Adventure Park, complete with alpine slide, mountain coaster, trampoline park, ropes course, soaring eagle and more! Winter offers the best skiing in the tri-state area, from beginners to experts. Great spot for family and friends!

Awesome place to stay to ski for the weekend. Skiing on and off was very easy, quick ride to dinner and plenty of room in the condo for everyone. Can’t wait to come back!

Amazing weekend at Jiminy Peak!

Howie’s condo was perfect for us. The accommodations and location were awesome. Howie was wonderful to work with. I will be staying there again soon! We grew up skiing there and brought back wonderful memories. The snow conditions were great too! Thanks again Howie for a fantastic weekend.

Mountainside Condo

My family stayed at a mountainside condo and it was absolutely perfect. The condo was very clean and very spacious. The owner was so easy to deal with and was very generous!!! We plan on staying in that unit again!!!

Great property! Right on the mountain. Views of the trails, beautiful all lite up at night. Steps away from ski in/ski out make it convenient to ski all day. Great communication from Howie. We would stay here again.

This was the 2nd time we have rented this property and again it did not disappoint. The location on the mountain is beautiful. The check in/check out process was easy. The host (Howie) responds to any questions very quickly and enthusiastically. Perfect place for a family with spacious bedrooms, nice kitchen, back deck with grill. Looking forward to going back

Ski Vacation

We had a wonderful time at the Jiminy Peak mountainside condo! The condo was fabulous with all the comforts of home. Instructions for access and directions were perfect and we appreciated the check in to ensure we were comfortable. We had two great ski days and loved being able to walk to the slopes. The hot tubs at the Country Inn were a great benefit!!

Wonderful property! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Our host Howie was readily available and happy to answer our questions. The location was perfect! A beautiful, quiet community with access to all amenities at Jiminey peak. Our favorite was the proximity to the mountain and the ski on, so off option. Can’t wait to book our next trip!!

Our stay at Jiminy Peak Mountainside

I went with my wife and kids and her sister and family. We really enjoyed the condo, as it was clean, kid and adult friendly and very cozy. We made a fire and played some of the many games the condo provides. The kids loved the basement with all the games and retro video games. There were plenty of blankets and pillows and the beds were very comfortable. We also loved that we could walk to the ski trail, ski down and hop on any chairlift from there. Very cool! Thank you, Howard, for a wonderful memory and stay!

mountainside condo

Had a wonderful stay for the extended July 4th weekend. I've been coming to Jiminy Peak with my wife and son since 2019. We love JP and the overall area. We've stayed in the Country Inn and have also previously stayed at a couple of the Mountainside condos. All were great experiences. However the best of our stays was in this three bedroom Mountainside unit. The checkin/checkout process was simple and convenient. The amenities were a big step up from previous stays (modern appliances in the kitchen, new grill on the deck, washer/dryer in the unit, kitchen well stocked with cookware, new air conditioners). The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The downstairs is perfect for those travelling with kids of any age. There is a bedroom with 2 beds and a game room that includes a couple standup arcade games and WII. Basically a whole floor for just the kids. When we had questions all it took was a quick text to get any support we needed. Looking forward to booking again
