"We were looking for a hotel close to Pheasant Hollow Winery in order to attend one of their special events. We hit the jackpot with SureStay... it is only a couple minutes from the winery and is very clean, quiet and apparently efficiently run. We will definitely use in the future. "

"Our biggest issue was the air conditioning barely worked. It was very hot in the room, even when I set the AC to 60. The shower had stains, the trim was loose on the faucets, our pillows did not smell like they had been cleaned, and the staff when we checked in was very short with us and not personalable. And the lady when we checked out couldn’t pull her nose from her phone long enough to hear of our issues. The list goes on, but we will not be staying there again. "

"The cabin was great. But my only gripes would be outside. Pictures seemed it was more slecluded than it is, can see houses, and the highway a bit, and the grass wasnt mowed. But i spent most of my time inside the cabin which was very clean, nice and homey feeling. It was a very nice break from reality for a night."
