"Hotel is next to the visitor's center which was very convenient for catching the free shuttle bus to Colonial Williamsburg & the main reason I selected it. My only complaint is that there isn't enough seating after around 8:00 AM for all of the guests who take advantage of the included breakfast. There are tables outside but not useful if it's raining or cold outside. Two mornings my wife & I had to take our food to our room to eat it. The only morning we didn't have to do this was our last morning there when we ate shortly after the breakfast started."

"My husband and I stayed for 2 nights and had a great visit. The hotel is close to the highway, Mount Trashmore and Town Center making very convenient for visitors. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. They have a restaurant in the hotel where we both enjoyed dinner one evening. The room was clean and the bed was more comfortable than we expected, which was a pleasant surprise. There were only two things I would alert others to before booking. We didn’t pay attention that there was not a microwave in the room while booking. This wasn’t a big deal for us but might be for others. And our room faced the highway so if you’re a light sleeper you might want to ask for a room on the opposite side. Neither were deal breakers for us. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"I've stayed here 3 times and had mixed results. It is typically a great price for what you get, but there a a lot of units here and some have more privacy than others. This last time our unit was right next to the service area which always has action going on. I would have thought that would have been placed in a more remote area."
