Welcome to this lovely family-friendly 2-story house in Hampton Bays. Built in 2018 with a spacious interior layout (boasting an open floor plan with four formal bedrooms and additional private bonus rooms for extra sleeping space as well as three full bathrooms) and an expansive outdoor living space and recreation area (including a heated swimming pool, large pool patio with wood burning fire pit, and a covered patio with a gas fireplace and outdoor tv) over a 1.2 acre property, there’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the many amenities that this quiet retreat has to offer. This terrific home, nestled into a wooded landscape surrounded by open space and natural elements, invites guests to unwind and create lasting memories. Our place is equipped with fitness equipment, bicycles, a kayak, beach chairs/umbrellas, pool equipment and longe chairs, ping pong table, and plenty of toys for the kids.
