"Great flat with a lot of charm! Decent size and well equipped with a cooktop and microwave, it was perfect for a month-long work trip. About 10 minutes walk from East Point MARTA station with no problems getting there. Both the apartment and surrounding neighborhood have a lot of nice character, though the flat is on the second floor up an external staircase. "The apt itself was pretty good, property left a little to be desired tho. We heard gunshots outside our first night, but no one bothered us the entire time we were there. We saw 1 neighbor ONE time and that was it. Also I think the lock on the front door needs to be fixed or something bc we had trouble getting it to stay locked when we left the apt.
