Weekend in Hampstead

We were in town for the weekend to celebrate my sons graduation. This listing was a great location for why we were there, matched the online description, and the owner was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in town.

Super clean spacious comfortable condo with very responsive host. Well furnished for our weekend needs and excellent location . Golf course views and architecturally superior bright spaces compared to average condo offerings make it an especially good find in an area without local hotels close to where we needed to be.

Weekend with the grandchildren

We chose this location because it was close to my son's home in Hampstead. The space was roomy enough for them to visit and being across the street from the golf course my wife and I were able to get in a round with no effort

The condo was exactly what was pictured and expected. The development was so close to Topsail Island and a short distance to Wrightsville. Having extra rooms and space was perfect with older kids. I hope we are able to stay again!

Cozy stay in Hampstead

We enjoyed our stay in Hampstead. The condo was as expected. Plenty of room for our family. The screened porch is nice and we would have enjoyed it more if it wasn’t for the tropical storm that breezed through. We will definitely consider staying here again when visiting my daughter at UNCW. 😊

Hampstead Condo

This is a spacious, quiet second floor condo with nice amenities. Pleasant outdoor screened in porch. Good location for our visit with family -- close to grocery store, gas, Surf City, Topsail Island. Very nice neighborhood. Glenn, the host, was super responsive and kind via text and answered all of my questions. We'll be back next time we visit Hampstead.

Great location

Pros: good location to access Surf City beach within 15-20 minutes. Comfy beds. Cons: should have read more closely about this property. Didn’t realize it was a condo, and 2nd floor. The second bathroom door did latch to close. Had to shove something against it to keep it closed. Master bathroom fan didn’t work. No dresser in the master bedroom either. Weird and small kitchen layout. Refrigerator door couldn’t open completely.
