"We enjoyed a lovely time. Colonial Gables is a perfect location to stay if being near a body of water is important to you. The views of Penobscot Bay were gorgeous and the short distance to Belfast Harbor and their quaint village center made it ideal. The cabins on the property are quaint, well maintained and spaced to give guests their privacy. "

"This motel is an amazing value. The staff is extremely friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was definitely older but clean and well maintained. The big upside is that it had an old style shower head that gives you a real shower unlike more modern hotels that have shower heads the barely give you a mist to shower under. The breakfast is also amazing. Way more than a danish that you would get at other places. I would definitely stay here again. "
