"This is super convenient to both Bangor and Orono. This large 2 bedroom apartment is above a 3 bay garage so you don’t have to tiptoe. It is thoughfullydesigned so you have everything your need for either short or very long stays including a large bathroom with a washer and dryer. The beds are extremely comfortable and the sectional couch is a relaxing place to wind down. Very easy entry and great communication with the host. A great bargain!"

However, this was advertised on VRBO as having a clothes washer and dryer. Upon arrival, unit DID NOT have a working clothes washer. "What a perfect little getaway to Maine. Donna and Dave are the most welcoming hosts. You will feel at home staying here. They have a comfy bed, kayaks to use, hot tub and a bbq. The lake is beautiful and we got to see our very own sunrise from it. It’s about 45 minutes to Acadia but an easy straight ride and local for all that you need. We will come again. "Cute property very clean. The Hilltop Hideaway is on the second floor there will be stairs. Property manager was very responsive to my text. The bedroom was smaller than the pictures indicated. The bed could have been more comfortable. One other thing. The listing stated there was a washer/dryer it me a moment to see where it was. It was on the first floor in the room behind the stairs."
