I would NOT stay there again. The apartment did not have proper working AC. There is an old AC device on the wall in the living room that does not put out very much cool air. And, there is no AC on the wall in the bedroom. The ceiling fans just circulate hot air. I had to sleep on the coach for all 3 nights I was there as the bedroom was very hot. Also, the window in the bedroom will not stay open, which I think is a fire safety hazard violation particularly because the apartment is on the 2nd floor. Lastly the building itself is old and needs foundation repair. The stairs to the apartment slope significantly to the left and there are cracks on the wall in the kitchen in the apartment (left side of the building), which indicates structural integrity problems, ie the building leans left. These are major safety concerns that must be addressed by the owner.
