Guests are liable to pay a minimum $50 fee for stolen or missing items in the house plus the cost to replace the item.

Guests are responsible to pay a $150 lock out fee if they lock themselves out and need lockout service.

Any locked areas or storage spaces are for host use only and are clearly marked. The host may access basement for storage and maintenance through an exterior and separate entrance respecting guest privacy.

Free parking is available on street in front of house. Guests may come and go freely during their stay while respecting house rules and quiet hours.

All guest communication should go through App messaging, unless there’s an emergency.

"Break it you buy it policy." Guests will be charged a $50 fee for any damaged or stolen property, damage to building, utilities or furniture plus the cost to repair or replacement.
